J. Hutchins, Inc. is a family operated excavation and paving contractor located in Richmond, Vermont. In its 37th year of business, J. Hutchins, Inc. has grown exponentially over the years and now staffs more than 160 employees. Boasting a new state of the art asphalt plant that can produce more than 300 tons per hour as well as talented and versed paving crews. From site work to road work, we have an expansive fleet of machinery and experienced operators to perform quality excavation and asphalt services across the tri-state area and beyond.
